Guaranteed
We are sure that you will be happy with the quality of our
unique Glass Beads. However if you are unhappy with your
order for any reason, you can cancel it and receive a full
refund within 7 days of receiving your order. You must
return the beads in the same condition that they were sent
to you and you are responsible for returning them and paying
for the return postage. Please contact us within 7 days of
receiving your order if you would like to cancel your order.
This guarantee does not apply to custom made Glass Bead
orders.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty, you can return them for a
replacement or full refund and a refund of your return
postage. Please contact us before returning anything, as a
photo of the damage may be all that's necessary.
We cannot accept orders over the phone, please use the
website for placing your order.
Privacy Policy
The information we collect from you when you buy from us is:
your name and address, to send you your goods and your email
address, to notify you of your order. We may occasionally
use your email address to notify you when new beads,
beadmaking courses or promotions become available -
you can opt out if you choose to do so. Your personal
information is only used by StudioB and is not sold or
passed on. Your credit card details are dealt with by
PayPal with payment being passed on to us, we do not see or
store your credit card details.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that sometimes circumstances
might prevent you from attending a course you have booked
and paid for. In order to try to be as fair as we can we are
happy to offer you the choice of one of the following two
options:

Option 2
As an alternative to option 1 we are happy
to allow you to choose, from those published on the
web-site, an alternative course date and, assuming there is space on
the course, we will re-book you on that course. This option
can only be exercised one time and replaces option 1.
If, for any reason, you do not attend the
re-booked course 100% of your payment will be forfeit and
you will not be able to re-book a new course without paying
again. In order to re-book a course under this option please

Barbara, I just
want to say that I had a great weekend with you, learning the craft of
bead-making, and I am amazed at the results achieved in such a short
time! You were a very patient teacher, and the array of supplies was
second to none. I now have the inspiration and confidence to go ahead
and buy the equipment to make my own beads, and I shall do this as soon
as possible and I am looking forward to creating some wonderful beads of

Dear Barbara, it
has taken me a few days to recover from the fantastic weekend I have
just spent with you exploring the do’s & don’ts of lampworking. I am
amazed at the amount of work you covered, your relaxed method of
teaching by demonstrations and clear guidelines were very easy to
follow.
I cannot believe how soon I was working away on the torch, and with lots
of free time for personal practice to explore at my own pace I completed
quite a stash of lovely beads made from your wonderful large selection
of glass. I will enjoy adding my beads to various pieces of jewellery in
the near future. You were very generous with your time and ready to
answer all sorts of questions regarding beading contacts, books,
equipment and suppliers. I will certainly recommend you to like-minded

Dear Barbara, Just a quick note to thank-you for a wonderful weekend. Your
instruction and patience was second to none and we learnt an awful lot and
had plenty of free time to practice what we learnt. We have come away with
some beads we are proud of and which we feel are good enough to integrate
into pieces of jewellery, and having been kindly annealed by yourself they
will survives the years. We were very impressed with the choice of glass
available to us and all the facilities that you have, lunch was far more
than we expected. Thank-you for all your advice on equipment purchase and
